Video Editor (Remote)

Dobby Ads is an award-winning creative AI agency delivering high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and 3D-led visual content for global brands. We work remotely and focus on building strong creative fundamentals while gradually integrating AI-driven workflows. We are now looking for a talented video editor to join our growing team. This is a full-time entry-level role for candidates passionate about video editing, motion graphics, and AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand creative briefs and project requirements

2. Assist in developing video concepts and visual approaches

3. Create simple storyboards and organize production assets

4. Edit videos primarily using Adobe Premiere Pro

5. Add animations, transitions, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects

6. Ensure final videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards

7. Use AI-assisted tools for image generation, upscaling, and video enhancement

8. Manage multiple projects and deliver outputs within deadlines

9. Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends, and AI innovations

Requirement:

1. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

2. Practical experience with Adobe After Effects

3. Basic proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator

4. Good sense of timing, composition, and storytelling

5. Attention to detail and quality

6. Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

7. Effective communication and teamwork skills

8. Basic hands-on experience with AI image or AI video tools

9. Understanding of AI-based features in modern editing workflows

10. Willingness to learn and adopt new AI creative technologies

Other requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in video editing, animation, motion graphics, VFX, design, or related fields is preferred

2. Candidates who graduated in 2025 or are scheduled to graduate in 2026, with a strong portfolio, are eligible to apply

3. PC/Laptop with a minimum 16 GB RAM

4. Stable internet connection (50 MBPS or higher)

5. Quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work

Salary

Probation: Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 – 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 – 3,00,000 /year
