What you’ll be doing

As a social-native brand, content is at the core of everything we do. Whether it’s captivating our audience on Tik Tok, driving engagement on Instagram, creating viral moments or fostering meaningful connections with our community at events, our mission is brought to life through innovative and relatable storytelling.

We’re looking for a Social Videographer and Editor who shares our vision and can communicate our story and spark conversation, to take our content to the next level.

• Social Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing video content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other platforms, using both iPhone and camera, with a strong focus on trends, humour, and audience engagement.

• Creative Storytelling & Storyboarding: Develop strong concepts, storyboards, and briefs for campaigns, product launches, and ongoing social content, confidently briefing other creatives to ensure a clear and aligned vision.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Brand team to translate business and creative objectives into visually compelling video content, working alongside the Social Media Manager, Creative Producer, and Senior Brand Manager to develop strong, integrated campaigns across all channels.

• Content Optimisation: Retouch, colour‑correct, and adapt videos to ensure they perform across each platform and format.

• Motion Graphics: Apply light motion graphics and animation using After Effects to enhance storytelling.

• Live Content Support: Set up and troubleshoot live‑streaming technology and audio for Tik Tok Lives and other real-time content.

• Video Style & Standards: Build and maintain clear video best‑practice guidelines aligned to brand creative standards, setting a strong and consistent creative direction for future content.

• Performance Media Content: Collaborate with our Creative Strategists and Paid Ads Editor to produce performance‑driven social media assets that are optimised for engagement and growth.

What we’re looking for in you

• Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) creating social-native video content (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts).

• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
