What You’ll Do?

As a Senior Screenplay Writer, you will lead the storytelling process — from concept to screenplay and ensuring every episode hooks the audience within seconds. You will collaborate closely with the content and creative teams, manage the writers’ room, and uphold the unique storytelling rhythm of micro dramas.

• Develop original story ideas and adapt global micro-drama trends for the Indian audience.
• Write screenplays, dialogues, and episodic structures for short-format fiction content.
• Guide and manage the writers’ room — reviewing, mentoring, and ensuring consistency in tone and pacing.
• Collaborate with directors, creative producers, and editors to maintain narrative flow from script to screen.
• Maintain a process-oriented approach to scripting, revisions, and delivery.
• Stay updated on trending tropes, genres, and audience preferences in short-format storytelling.

Who You Are ?

• 6–10 years of experience writing fiction for television, OTT, or films.
• Proven experience in video storytelling — text or podcast writers will not be considered.
• Prior experience writing micro-dramas or short-format episodic stories is a strong plus.
• Must have validated work links or writing credits on professional platforms.
• Strong understanding of micro-drama narrative structures — fast-paced, emotional, and twist-driven.
• A creative thinker with original ideas and a strong sense of character and dialogue.
• Process-driven with the ability to lead and manage multiple scripts and writers simultaneously.
