Actor/Actress

We are looking for a local actor/ actor with easy access to Preston to join our school touring theatre team for a couple of shows over the next couple of weeks to fill in for one of our actors. This is playing the role of Hermia in an edited version of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. This may have the potential to lead to further work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in acting within theatre, preferably Shakespeare
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist with ‘get in’ and pack downs
• Excellent public speaking abilities with clear diction and confident delivery
• Ability to learn lines quickly
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the performing arts industry

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: £167.68 per week

Expected hours: 11.5 per week
