Job Description

Production Assistant (Intern) Ochre Pictures, Singapore | Dec 2025 – March 2026

Assisted the production team on a non-fiction series, gaining hands-on experience in coordinating shoot logistics, supporting crew on set, and handling various production tasks from pre-production to wrap.

Key Contributions:

  • Supported producers with scheduling, call sheets, and shoot preparation

  • Assisted with equipment transport, setup, and breakdown during location shoots

  • Managed release forms, petty cash claims, and other on-set documentation

  • Helped coordinate talent and crew movements on shoot days

  • Handled basic production errands and ensured smooth day-to-day operations

  • Assisted with file transfers and logging post-shoot footage

This internship provided a solid foundation in real-world production workflows and strengthened my adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
