Core responsibilities:

1. Design – Own visual design across platforms including website, app UX/UI, landing pages, email templates, social media, and performance creatives.
2. Video – Lead video creation end-to-end: concepting, shooting, directing, and ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand and performance goals.7.
3. Editing – Oversee and execute video editing for ads, product explainers, social content, reels, and long-form videos.
4. Brand Consistency – Be the custodian of Cybertot’s visual language and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
5. Collaboration – Work closely with Growth, Product, and Tech teams to translate business and product ideas into compelling creative outputs.
6. Creative Strategy – Understand what resonates with parents and translate insights into high-performing creative frameworks.
7. Execution Velocity – Build systems and processes to ship fast without compromising quality.

The ideal candidate:

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in creative roles spanning design, video, and content production.
2. Strong command over UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
3. Has personally worked on shooting and editing videos.
4. Understands performance-led creatives and how visuals impact CAC, CTR, retention, and trust.
5. Is comfortable operating in a 0–1, high-ambiguity startup environment.
6. Has strong ownership, taste, and an eye for detail.
7. Experience with consumer tech, D2C, or parenting/family categories is a plus.
