Jr. VFX Project Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will support automotive CGI projects from brief to delivery, helping to coordinate daily production and ensure timely, on-budget outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams to keep projects flowing smoothly and learn the full production lifecycle. This is an opportunity to develop project-management skills within a creative CGI environment and contribute to high-quality, timely releases for premium brands. You will gain hands-on experience across processes, tools, and client communication while supporting efficient delivery at scale. Compensation / Benefits • Coordinate CGI projects through all departments following established processes • Assist in creating project estimates and timing plans • Monitor progress against timings and flag risks or delays • Collaborate with VFX PM, CGI Studio Manager, and CGI Creative Director for timely delivery • Organize and document client and internal status meetings, including agendas and notes • Define project scopes and contribute to estimates • Help ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery • Maintain internal and client-facing status reports • Manage project files and logs according to standards • Participate in process improvements and document SME assignments • Develop understanding of varied timelines and complexities Tasks • 0-2 years in project coordination/production support roles • Strong organization and time management • Clear communicator and collaborative • Proactive, detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset • Familiarity with project management principles • Interest in CGI production a plus • Proficiency with PC/Mac, Microsoft Office (Excel) and Adobe Acrobat • Willingness to learn PM systems (Asana, JIRA, Trello) • Interest in VFX/CGI software and pipelines (e.g., 3dsMax, Maya, Nuke, Vray, Unreal) as a plus Key requirements • Hybrid working model (four days in office) • accommodations or flexibility during interview process
