• Hardware: You must be able to work on your personal professional-grade laptop.
• Software: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is mandatory (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder).
• File Management: Ability to adhere to our internal agency’s strict folder structures and naming conventions for seamless hand-offs.

Candidate Profile

• Agile & Independent: You don’t need your hand held. You can take a creative brief and a drive full of footage and return a solid “First Cut” that hits the mark.
• Communication: Since this is ad-hoc, responsiveness is key. We need a partner who checks in quickly and manages their own bandwidth transparently.

Terms

• Project-Based: Work is assigned on a per-project basis with clearly defined milestones and deadlines.
• Rates: Competitive hourly rates based on experience.
• Onboarding: Successful candidates will be added to our preferred contact roster for immediate outreach as projects arise.
