Job description:

What you’ll do:

• Shape raw moments into meaningful films for weddings and brand stories
• Edit with sensitivity—letting emotion, rhythm, and silence speak where needed
• Gently enhance visuals through color balance, pacing, and natural transitions
• Craft a smooth flow by trimming, arranging, and refining footage with intention
• Sync audio, music, and ambient sound to support the mood of the story
• Work closely with the team to bring a shared creative vision to life, on time and with care

Nice to have:

• An eye for cinematic cuts and storytelling rhythm
• Comfort with color grading and visual mood-setting
• Familiarity with Fusion or motion design to subtly elevate scenes
• A feel for when not to add effects
