Full-Time Social Media Videographer

Singapore (On-site shoots)
Full-time only

We’re a fast-growing social media agency producing high-performing short-form content for brands, founders, and creators — mainly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Videographer who can confidently run shoots, direct talents on set, and capture content that looks modern, clean, and engaging.

Editing is not your main job — but during weeks with fewer shoots, you’ll be expected to support the team by helping with editing work as needed. Candidates must therefore be comfortable and experienced with editing short-form content.

What You’ll Do
Videography (Main Responsibility)

• Receive scripts and shoot requirements from the Project Manager

• Prepare shot list / storyboard based on scripts and client requests

• Handle filming on-site for clients (talking head, lifestyle, product/service content)

• Direct talents/clients during filming to achieve strong delivery and energy

• Ensure footage quality (framing, lighting, audio) meets brand standards

• Handle video projects on-site and run shoots smoothly and professionally

Editing Support (Secondary Responsibility)

• Support editing tasks during low-shoot periods or when the team needs extra help

• Edit short-form videos optimised for TikTok/Reels/Shorts

• Add subtitles, pacing, cuts, and simple motion/visual elements where needed

• Ensure edits match client branding and style guidelines

• Handle revision rounds efficiently and professionally

Footage Management

• Sort and upload footage into cloud storage for editors/team workflow

• Organise folders clearly by CLIENT NAME + DATE

• Sort footage according to script number

• Separate B-roll and label clearly (e.g. VO / HOOK / OUTRO)

Work Schedule (Important)

Shoot schedules may vary week to week depending on client needs. Some weeks may involve multiple shoot days, while other weeks may have fewer shoots.

As this is a full-time role, candidates should be comfortable with a flexible and changing production schedule. Occasional weekend shoots may be required.

Requirements

• Full-time only

• Prior experience in videography (social media preferred)

• Comfortable filming clients and directing them on-camera

• Able to work independently on shoot days and follow scripts closely

• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality

Editing Requirement

Candidates must be experienced in editing short-form videos using:

• CapCut

• DaVinci Resolve

• Adobe Premiere Pro

(Editing is not the main job scope, but you must be capable when needed.)
