WHAT WE ARE SEEKING: A highly personable and professional person to take candid photos and videos of a TEDx Speaker at an upcoming TEDx Conference this weekend, Feb 7-8th, at The Great Hall in downtown Toronto. WHO YOU ARE: You could be a professional photographer/videographer or simply a student with passion and skill who is keen to get involved. While we are seeking high quality photos and videos, it is fine to use an iPhone/Android- no special equipment is required or expected (though if you have it- you are welcome to use it). THE NEED: The requirement is to take candid photos and videos of *one* particular speaker during the conference and when they present their talk. It is NOT required to capture the whole conference or other speakers. WHAT YOU GET: While this is not a paid gig, in exchange, you will receive: – Ticket to entry for both days – Dinner on Day 1 – Breakfast and Lunch on Day 2 – A guest goody bag – Entry into raffles for prizes including Beats Solo Buds, a 40 inch Smart TV, a Samsung 24 inch computer monitor, Amazon Fire Tablet, Sephora Gift Card, and Uber Eats Gift Card. – Opportunity to be part of a live TEDx Conference – Opportunity to network with all attendees – Opportunity to showcase this in your portfolio – A work reference as needed for future work/clients Timing requirements: – Day 1: Saturday February 7th, 3pm-9pm – Day 2: Sunday February 8th, 10am-5pm **Note if you cannot attend for both days/all times above but are still interested, please contact me anyway and let me know when you can attend as its possible that you will not be required for the whole event (though you are welcome to attend for all of it).
