Real Estate Photographer & Videographer

Focus Lens Limited is a growing real estate media company specialising in high-quality photography and videography for property marketing. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team on a freelance / contractor basis. About the Role You’ll be responsible for capturing professional photos and videos for residential and commercial listings, delivering content that meets agency marketing standards. All tight turnaround times are managed by our in-house team — your role is to focus on shooting and uploading the content. Key Responsibilities • Real estate photography (interior, exterior, twilight, and drone if applicable) • Property videography (walkthroughs, short-form marketing videos) • On-site styling awareness and strong attention to detail • Professional interaction with agents and vendors on-site • Uploading all images and video files to the provided Dropbox link after each shoot What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in real estate photography and videography • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and property presentation • Ability to work independently and manage shoots efficiently • Reliable, professional, and consistent in quality Equipment Requirements • Must have your own professional photography and videography equipment • Drone licence (preferred but not essential) • Reliable transport • Support with equipment can be provided if required What We Offer • Regular work with established real estate agencies • Support from our editing and admin team • Competitive per-job rates • Flexible scheduling with consistent workflow • Opportunity for long-term collaboration with Focus Lens Limited Location: Auckland Start: Immediate / Flexible To apply, please share samples of your work, details of your relevant experience, and a list of your equipment.
