We are a boutique creative studio focused on graphic and visual storytelling. Our work spans a wide range of industries, and we are known for our meticulous attention to detail, structured creative process, and high standard of delivery. As our project volume grows, we are expanding our creative team to include a skilled videography editorial specialist.

Our productions are guided by detailed storyboards and scripts to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client expectations. We pride ourselves on efficient turnaround times and a service standard that prioritizes both quality and responsiveness.

Our corporate visual work includes (but is not limited to) hospitality, fitness, food & beverage, lifestyle, and luxury brands.

Role Overview

The Videography Editorial Specialist will focus primarily on post-production and visual refinement of video content. This role requires a strong eye for detail, visual storytelling sensibility, and technical proficiency in industry-standard editing tools.

While this is mainly an editing role, there will be opportunities to be involved in on-site shoots for those who are interested in expanding their production skills. This is not a requirement, but a chance to gain hands-on experience in lighting, camera setup, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Post-Production – Videography

  • Edit video content according to storyboard and script direction

  • Perform colour correction and visual grading

  • Clean and enhance audio where required

  • Add motion graphics and visual enhancements

  • Create titles and graphic overlays

  • Execute green screen keying when needed

  • Prepare multiple output formats for various platforms (landscape, portrait, social formats)

  • Execute quick revision turnarounds when required

Optional Growth Opportunities (On-Set Experience)

  • Support video shoots if interested in developing production skills

  • Learn lighting setup and equipment handling

  • Observe and assist with camera setup and basic operation

  • Gain exposure to real-world production workflows alongside the creative team

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • DaVinci Resolve

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Audition

  • Colour correction and grading

  • Vector animation

  • Green screen keying

  • Title overlays and motion text

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong visual eye

  • Able to follow creative direction while contributing thoughtful refinements

  • Comfortable working with structured scripts and storyboards

  • Efficient with revisions and fast-paced turnaround timelines

  • Interested in growing their skills in video production (a bonus, not a requirement)

  • Experience in corporate, lifestyle, hospitality, food, or brand content is a plus
