Lead VFX Artist

Experteer Overview In this Lead VFX Artist role, you will direct a team to create high-fidelity real-time visual effects for Project Sirius, a multiplayer title set in The Witcher universe. You’ll shape VFX strategy, pipelines, and collaboration with gameplay, cinematics, and environments to elevate storytelling and gameplay. The position anchors the Boston studio’s hybrid work model, offering leadership, technical innovation, and impact at scale. You’ll mentor peers, prototype new workflows, and ensure optimized, striking visuals within production milestones.
