Moes Media is a fast-growing video production and photography studio based in Maroochydore, working with some of the biggest real estate agencies and brands on the Sunshine Coast. We specialise in real estate marketing, lifestyle content, tourism, and brand storytelling, and we’re now looking for a talented in-house video editor to join our core team.

This is not a freelance or remote role. You’ll be working from our Maroochydore studio alongside our creatives, helping us deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround content for clients every week.

What You’ll Be Editing

You’ll be working across a mix of:

• Real estate videos (property walkthroughs, agent pieces, drone edits)

• Social media reels and short-form content

• Brand and lifestyle videos

• Occasional longer-form hero videos and campaigns

If you love variety and fast-paced projects, you’ll feel right at home here.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• Strong experience editing in Final Cut Pro (preferred)

• Confident with colour correction and basic colour grading

• Great sense of pacing, music selection, and storytelling

• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Comfortable working in a team environment, in person

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with real estate or commercial content

• Motion graphics basics (titles, simple animations, branding)

• Sound design and audio cleanup skills

• Photography retouching experience

What the Role Looks Like Day to Day

• Editing daily client jobs and social content

• Working closely with videographers, photographers, and producers

• Managing edits, revisions, and delivery timelines

• Helping maintain Moes Media’s visual style and quality standards
