TV Production Finance Intern (Remote) – A24

A24 is looking for a part-time, remote intern to support the TV Production Finance team starting October 2025 — must be available up to 15 hours per week.

This internship is remote, and we’re open to candidates from any location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions within Production Accounting systems for titles in early prep and late post as needed
• Assist with various system setups for new projects
• Prepare weekly talent payments for development projects
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of accountants on active productions
• Review and manage digital production accounting and production finance files in Dropbox
• Reconcile production bank accounts to production accounting systems for in-house titles
• Assist with production and guild audits by pulling all applicable backup as requested
• Ad hoc analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient skills in Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, self-starter, team-player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge/experience working with production accounting software, Smart Accounting and PSL is a plus
• Prior experience with Production, Production Accounting, or Production Finance preferred
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related Bachelor’s Program focused on a relevant field
