Michael Parsons

Michael is an actor, a musician and an educator. Having performed all over the world in touring ensembles, Michael’s performance capabilities are far and wide. Most recently, he was hired to perform as “Oliver” in the upcoming movie teaser, “Stalling Seasons with String” (Excelsior Studios). He has also performed on the set of “Walk the Line” (Fox 2000 Pictures) and “The People Vs. Larry Flint” (Phoenix Pictures). As a musician, Michael has performed with artists like Keith Urban, Booker T and the MG’s, and at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Juilliard School, and the Edinburgh FRINGE festival. Michael was nominated twice for the GRAMMY Music Educator Award (2016 and 2017) and is a guest clinician for music educators all across the United States.
