Mason Greer

Mason Greer is a Iowa City born, LA residing film director and actor. Born to a mother college town Iowa, a father of Urban Indiana, and family in multiple continents, Mason's background has a wide range of cultural influences. By the time he was fourteen he had already stepped foot on four continents and over ten countries. At a young age he took to writing. By the age of fourteen he had written his first novel and by seventeen had it self published. That same year his book was turned into a curriculum options for his high school's minority literature section. By the age of eighteen he found a new medium for story telling in the way of film. As he progressed through college he started taking on more and more ambitious stories. Mason received his first film festival win at the age of twenty one and hasn't looked back. Since then he has received multiple festival awards and recognition as well as a publication in the New York Times and a story written about his work in a national podcast.
