Born in Houston, Texas and self-taught in singing, piano, guitar, and drums, JoJo and Wo started making music when they were 5 years old. Their mother told them that all they needed was one "Yes" and with faith and determination, they got a one-way ticket to California to follow their dreams. Soon after, they appeared on NBC's "America's Got Talent" and were featured in "Clash of the Choirs" singing with Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child. They appeared in movies such as "Just Dance" and "The American Dream" with Mike Jones. Mona Lisa has performed in Singapore, Dubai, and across Europe where they had the opportunity to open for both Alicia Keys and The Pussycat Dolls. After appearing on America’s Got Talent as finalist they were signed to Pulse Publishing as writers. They have scored music placements for “The Basketball Wives of Atlanta,” VH1’s Love and Hip Hop, the TV show Bye Felicia, and the Cartoon Network in Denmark. The twins collaborated with Goon rock and co wrote the song “RUN” for “LMFAO and “Flo Rida. The twins went on to score a single on the radio in Denmark, which charted at the top of the charts. The radio station flew them to Europe where they performed their single, Get on the floor for over 20, 000 people. JoJo and Wo have over 70 songs written and recorded. The twins are currently working on songs for major artists.
