YouTube Videographer & Content Producer

About the role

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and technically skilled YouTube Videographer & Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with one creator to script, film, and edit long-form YouTube content.
You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into highly produced episodes that blend education, lifestyle, and storytelling — ensuring every video meets brand expectations and resonates with audiences. The role will also involve domestic and international travel to capture unique content on location.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the creator and team to script and structure long-form YouTube episodes.

• Film, edit, and deliver high-quality content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts.

• Direct on-camera talent to ensure natural, engaging performances.

• Maintain brand consistency across all content, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging align with the overall strategy.

• Edit long-form content in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, with colour grading and sound design to elevate production quality.

• Repurpose long-form episodes into short-form social content optimised for reach and virality.

• Manage end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production through to delivery.

• Travel nationally and internationally to film content on location.

• Keep across YouTube and social trends to ensure content remains fresh and competitive.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in videography, video production, or content creation for YouTube or social-first brands.

• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve preferred for grading).

• Experience scripting, storyboarding, and structuring episodes for YouTube.

• Proficiency with cameras (Sony A7 series preferred), gimbals, lighting, and audio recording equipment.

• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create content that captures attention and drives engagement.

• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.

• A collaborative, proactive attitude with the confidence to contribute ideas and take ownership of creative direction.

• Must be based in Brisbane or able to reliably commute.

• Available to travel locally and internationally for shoots.
