Role Summary
CYTEP seeks a creative Volunteer Videographer & Multimedia Editor to capture and produce inspiring visual content that tells the story of our youth, partners, and impact.
This hybrid volunteer role involves both remote editing and occasional on-site shoots. Project-based stipends or allowances are available for fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality videos of CYTEP events, interviews, and field projects.
• Produce short clips, reels, highlight videos, and motion content for social media.
• Design basic graphics and visual elements for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator and Communications team on storytelling strategies.
• Manage and organize CYTEP’s digital media assets (photos, clips, raw files).
• Support hybrid or live-streamed events when needed.

Required

• Experience in videography and editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and editing rhythm.
• Access to camera or quality phone + editing software.
• Availability: 6–12 hours/week (remote editing + occasional fieldwork).

Desirable

• Experience with NGO or community project documentation.
• Basic design or motion graphics experience.
• Understanding of lighting, framing, and sound design.
