Hi everyone! I am currently a 4th year Cinematic Arts & Technology major at California State University Monterey Bay. I am in the process of working on my senior thesis film, Customer Service. The film follows Dillon, a pessimistic 20 year old student, as he takes on a normal day at work where he is faced with an array of entitled customers. The purpose of this film is to show the realities of an everyday customer service job from a third party perspective. The shoot will take place in San Jose, CA in a cafe on September 28 and 29. We will provide catering both days.
Unfortunately, as this is a student film, the positions are unpaid.
I am looking for actors to fill in the following characters:
Jake:
~18-23 years old
Doesn’t like his job, but still cares more about it than Dillon does
Likes to joke around with Dillon
Sarcastic
Tends to look on the bright side in all situations
Man #1:
Above 25 y/o
Isn’t aware of how long he takes
Inconsiderate
Extremely indecisive
Man #2:
Above 25 y/o
“Customer is always right” mentality
Loud
Gets angry for small things/makes a big deal
Rude
