We’re looking for a native Catalan-speaking Voice Actor / Voice Talent to record training audio for an AI voice agent used by global logistics companies. The voice must sound human, trustworthy, and efficient, and perform well in real, high-volume customer conversations.

What you’ll do

Your voice will be used to train an AI agent that:

• Answers inbound calls
• Provides shipment status and tracking updates
• Confirms pickup/delivery details (windows, addresses, confirmations)
• Escalates to a human when appropriate

Voice style we’re looking for

• Clear and easy to understand
• Calm confidence and warmth
• Natural pacing (not overly “announced” or theatrical)

Engagement structure (3 steps)

Step 1: 1-minute audition sample

Record a 60-second sample in a professional, friendly logistics support tone. If the client approves, you move to Step 2.

Step 2: 50-minute guided monologue recording

Record 50 minutes following a script and specific direction (we provide everything).

Pay: USD $200 for the 50-minute recording.

Step 3: Rights buyout (after client testing)

If internal tests are successful, the client purchases the rights/license to use your voice for this use case via a one-time payment of USD $1,500.

If additional hours are needed beyond the 50 minutes, those are paid separately at the agreed rate.

Technical requirements

• WAV or MP3 (WAV preferred)
• 48kHz / 24-bit preferred (or 44.1kHz / 16-bit)
• Quiet recording environment, minimal echo
• No heavy processing (no reverb, no aggressive compression/filters)
• File naming: FirstNameLastName_LogisticsSample_1min.wav

Turnaround

Please submit your 1-minute sample within 24–72 hours of confirming.
