Where are we based:

Our creative studio is in Yeerongpilly, Brisbane where we have professional editing setups here ready to go and equipment storage on site.

The Role

You’ll lead the filming side of our content production, working closely with clients and the Wildkinds team to bring a range of content formats to life

You’ll be responsible for filming and supporting:

• Short-form social content (Reels and paid ad creatives)

• Long-form video (YouTube narratives, podcasts, online courses and brand documentaries)

• Educational content (speaking-to-camera, tutorials, value-led explainers)

• Internal storytelling (behind-the-scenes, internal podcasts, content creation)

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating camera, lighting, and audio gear

• Capturing footage with performance and platform outcomes in mind

• Coaching clients who are often new to being on camera

• Organising and offloading footage with clean handover to editors

• Supporting internal shoots with b-roll and documentary-style content

• Contributing to workflow improvements

The Candidate

We’re looking for someone who’s strategically aware, technically sharp, and confident working both independently and with a team.

• Be passionate about quality video content and social media

• Have a basic understanding of social media and what content works and what doesn’t

• Have proven video shooting and editing experience – please provide examples in your resume/cover letter

• The ability to connect with people and support our clients. No hiding behind the camera.

• Great knowledge of lighting & cinematic imagery

• Be extremely organised & proactive with shoot prep, and on-set problem solving

• Actively consume educational content / be growth minded

• Have an understanding of Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro (Colour grading experience a bonus).

• Experience with Sony FX3/FX6 cameras highly desirable
