Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

This full-time Videographer/Video Editor position offers the opportunity to join the dynamic team at XMEDIA. Based in our Brisbane office, you will play a crucial role in creating visually striking and engaging video content that supports the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Shooting high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including small business, real estate, property and social media content

• Editing video footage using Da Vinci Resolve to produce polished, professional-grade content

• Collaborating with the creative team to bring their visions to life and ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies

• Providing input and ideas to enhance the overall creative direction and production value of video projects

• Maintaining and organising video assets and project files to ensure efficient workflow and easy access

• Staying up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills and the company’s output

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional video production or videography role and experience in the real estate videography industry

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

• Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording’

• QLD Drivers licence and motor vehicle

• Excellent visual storytelling abilities and a keen eye for composition, colour, and mood

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation techniques to enhance video content

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team
