We’re looking for a videographer who creates ads that stick AND convert.

At Rebuild Relief we’re a fast scaling business helping Aussie families hit by natural disasters get their homes repaired at no cost to them. We’re shaking up the industry like UBER did to taxis.

We are looking for someone who understands that the best video content does two things: it makes people feel something, and it makes them take action. You care deeply about how your work makes people think and feel, while also obsessing over the results it drives.

This role is about creating powerful ad content and engaging social content that breaks through the noise. You’ll craft ads that people remember AND ads that drive real conversions. We need someone who genuinely enjoys the editing process and thrives with short deadlines.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating powerful ad content that works 

• Shoot and edit ads that people actually remember 

• Create video ads that drive real conversions and actions 

• Work across multiple brands, bringing each to life with distinct storytelling 

• Master both the emotional hook and the conversion moment 

• Turn creative concepts into ads that perform across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Crafting engaging social content 

• Create thumb-stopping social content that builds brand connection 

• Develop content that sparks genuine engagement and conversation 

• Balance entertainment value with strategic brand messaging 

• Understand what makes content shareable and memorable

Working at pace with creative passion 

• Thrive with short deadlines and quick turnarounds 

• Travel for shoots when needed (local and interstate) 

• Collaborate on urgent campaign launches and rapid creative iterations 

• Handle multiple brand projects while maintaining creative excellence

• You get excited about finding the perfect cut or transition 

• You see editing as where the real magic happens

Technically versatile and deadline-driven 

• Comfortable filming with both iPhone and professional equipment (Sony A7S III, etc.) 

• Expert in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software 

• Happy working with short deadlines — they energize rather than stress you 

• Can switch between different filming setups quickly and efficiently

Bonus points for:

• Experience creating viral or highly memorable ad content 

• Understanding of conversion psychology and what drives action 

• Quick creative iteration and testing different approaches 

• Motion graphics or animation skills that enhance storytelling 

• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and performance metrics

This role moves fast. You’ll work on campaigns with tight turnarounds, create content that needs to perform immediately, and switch between different brands and creative challenges daily. But you’ll also have the creative freedom to craft content that genuinely moves people and drives real business results.
