Job Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content (from previews, reels, short clips to long-form videos) that aligns with brand goals and marketing requests. Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment for both studio and on-site shoots. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure video concepts and timelines are aligned. Manage the timeline of the creatives team and ensure all members follow the agreed project schedule. Produce initial storyboards or scenario plans for each content piece and secure approval before proceeding with edits or changes. Edit, refine, and polish videos to make them engaging and informative – including adding sound effects, location tags, and other creative elements. Perform color grading and final edits to ensure polished, professional output. Ensure finalized videos meet formatting, technical, and branding specifications for upload or distribution. Suggest and apply creative visual ideas or storytelling techniques to enhance viewer engagement. Manage file organization, backups, and timely delivery of assets. Ensure smooth shoot operations and on-time completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Film Media, Broadcasting, Production, or any related courses. Proficient in professional video production, including: – Camera operation – Studio setups & lighting – On-site and studio filming Skilled in video editing and color grading to produce polished, high-quality output. Experienced in scripting or scenario planning to align with internal teams and timelines. Creative and proactive – not afraid to suggest unique visual ideas or storytelling techniques.
