We are currently seeking a Videographer/Video Editor to join our subsidiary in Budapest, Hungary, in providing support to our Marketing team.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute all aspects of video production according to established SOPs, from pre-production till the shooting
• Execute complete post-production workflow including assembly, color grading, and sound design
• Operate professional camera equipment to capture footage following shot lists and creative direction
• Ensure lighting, composition, and audio quality meet PM-International’s high standards
• Following established production workflows and technical specifications
• Implement proper file management and daily backup procedures following technical specifications
• Collaborate with other editors and videographers to ensure smooth post-production workflow
• Maintain equipment in optimal condition
• Travel as needed for shooting at different locations and events

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English
• Willingness to learn and collaborate
• Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (strong preference)
• Professional videography experience, preferably in an international corporate or marketing environments
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment and lighting systems
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and audio capture techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in diverse shooting environments
• Understanding of post-production processes
• Understanding of compression formats, codecs, and delivery specifications

GOOD IF YOU HAVE, BUT NOT NECESSARY:

• Understanding of direct selling industry, marketing or promotional content creation
• Knowledge of graphics, titles, animations, and music
• Experience with Iconik and LucidLink digital asset management
• Familiarity with multilingual content adaptation
• Speak German/Korean languages

• Drone operator certification

• Valid driver’s license
