Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Videographer / Video Editor with a passion for outdoor adventures and an eye for storytelling. In this role, you’ll work closely with our creative team to produce engaging, high-quality videos that showcase our products in unique settings all across Australia. You’ll need to balance fast turnarounds with top-quality editing to bring our brand to life for our growing audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Editing & Production: 
Proven history of editing in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You understand how to craft impactful edits that capture attention quickly on social platforms. This is for both organic and paid media.

Videography Skills: 
Experience filming large products in various locations with a focus on creating social media-ready content that resonates.
 

Travel Flexibility: 
Willingness to travel throughout Australia (all expenses covered by the business).
 

Technical Expertise: 
Proficiency with lighting, microphones, and other essential filming equipment for on-location shoots.

Adaptable Schedule: 
Flexibility for early morning or evening shoots to capture perfect sunrise and sunset shots when needed.

Trend Awareness: 
Ability to stay ahead of viral trends, pivoting filming and editing strategies to capitalise on them for each campaign.

Team Player: 
Work well within a tight-knit team, embracing a hands-on approach to help wherever needed.

Location:
Must be able to travel to our Mornington office Monday to Friday, when not out filming. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.
 

Additional Desired Skills:

Software Proficiency:
Experience with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Storytelling Ability: 
A knack for weaving compelling narratives through video that resonate emotionally with viewers.

Organisational Skills: 
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, from concept to final cut, with attention to detail. We take attention to detail very seriously, so please mention the word LandCruiser in your cover letter so we know you have read this proposal properly and not just skimmed over it! 

Creative Initiative: 
Proactive in suggesting creative angles and filming techniques that add value to the brand’s storytelling.

Automotive History: 
Past work within the automotive industry is desired but not a deal-breaker .
