What impact will you make?

This hybrid creative role blends photography, videography, and audio editing expertise with a curious, forward-thinking approach to AI tools and emerging media trends. You will be responsible for producing professional-grade imagery, engaging video content, and polished audio for our podcasts and other campaigns.

Working closely with marketing, product, and events teams, you’ll travel to capture content at key locations, events, and potentially customer/partner sites, ensuring our brand stories are told with creativity, clarity, and impact.

What will you do?

Photography & Videography

  • You will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality images for headshots, events, product showcases, and brand campaigns.
  • You will storyboard, film, and edit videos for product explainers, customer stories, social content, and event coverage.
  • You will ensure consistent visual style aligned with Bizzdesign’s brand guidelines.

Audio Editing & Podcast Production

  • You will record, edit, and mix audio for podcasts, webinars, and video content.
  • You will apply noise reduction, EQ, compression, and mastering techniques for professional sound quality.
  • You will collaborate on podcast formats, scripts, and creative direction.

AI Tools & Workflow Innovation

  • You will identify, test, and recommend AI tools that improve productivity and enhance content quality (e.g., AI-assisted editing, transcription, sound design, content repurposing).
  • You will integrate AI capabilities into production workflows without compromising quality or brand tone.

Creative & Production Management

  • You will handle end-to-end production, including location scouting, lighting, sound, and post-production.
  • You will organize and manage the company’s media library for easy access and reuse.
  • You will ensure all content meets accessibility, licensing, and copyright requirements.

Brand & Campaign Support

  • You will partner with marketing and design teams to integrate visual and audio content into campaigns.
  • You will provide coverage for global events, including conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • You will travel as required to capture in-person content across key locations.

Who are you?

  • You have proven experience in photography, videography, and audio editing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition).
  • You have motion graphics or animation skills.
  • You have strong knowledge of lighting, composition, sound recording, and mixing techniques.
  • You have demonstrated ability to identify and use AI tools to improve creative workflows.
  • You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • You are willing and able to travel internationally for shoots and events.
  • You preferably have experience producing B2B content, especially in technology or enterprise software sectors.
  • You preferably have an understanding of SEO and social media best practices for multimedia content.
