About Us

Take the Lead is a professional dog care and training facility located on a 23-acre property in Two Wells. We specialise in three core areas – dog boarding, dog daycare, and training services – providing structured, high-quality care for dogs of all breeds and temperaments.

Alongside our core services, we also offer a wide range of additional options to enhance each dog’s stay, including hydrotherapy, country hikes, enrichment activities, and more. Our goal is to ensure every dog in our care receives the right balance of structure, safety, and enjoyment.

We are committed to maintaining high standards of animal welfare, clear communication with owners, and professional development for our team. Working with us means being part of a business that takes pride in delivering reliable, trusted services while continually growing and improving.

The Role

As our in-house Videographer, you’ll be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for social media, ads, and client transformations. We have very important projects lined up and you will play a core part in this.

Key responsibilities include:

• Filming and editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

• Producing and editing YouTube long-form videos (1–2 per week)

• Capturing B-roll, behind-the-scenes, and client intake and transformation footage

• Managing and organising content libraries for easy access

• Collaborating with all 3 units to capture content that engages our audience

• Bringing creative ideas to the table to keep content engaging, on-trend, and high performing

• Filming all content for Take the Lead including a new and improved training library

What We’re Looking For

• Proven videography and editing skills (portfolio required)

• Strong understanding of social-first video formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools

• Ability to shoot in dynamic, high-energy environments (social yards, dog training, outdoors, events, collaboration)

• Creative thinker who understands hooks, pacing, and storytelling for social media

• Organised and able to manage a fast-paced production schedule

• Bonus: Experience with graphic design, motion graphics, or photography

Why Join Take the Lead?

• Be part of a thriving business that’s scaling rapidly

• Work on content that impacts hundreds of thousands of dog owners

• Growth opportunities

• Fun, supportive, and ambitious team culture
