Videographer/Photographer

Are you a creative videographer and photographer with an eye for design and storytelling? ISA Collective is looking for a passionate visual creator to capture the essence of our projects and people. This is your chance to shape how a boutique design and construction studio presents itself to the world – through authentic, story-led, and visually striking content that highlights architecture, construction, and the human side of design.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the end-to-end process of visual storytelling. From filming project walk-throughs and behind-the-scenes footage to photographing finished spaces, you’ll bring our brand to life across social media, our website, and client presentations. You’ll direct interviews, capture team moments, and create short-form content that feels real and engaging, not corporate or staged. You’ll also edit your footage into professional outputs that reflect ISA™’s premium, design-led image, with polished edits typically delivered within five business days of filming.

Who We’re Looking For

We want a bold creative who understands the power of visuals in shaping a brand. You’ll have a strong eye for lighting, framing, and design aesthetics, with proven experience in both videography and photography. You’ll be confident working solo on site, able to direct people naturally, and adaptable to different environments — from active construction sites to polished studio settings. Technical ability in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Lightroom is essential. Having your own gear is preferred, and drone skills are a bonus.

You’ll work closely with the founder and a small, passionate team who value honesty, creativity, and quality. This role starts as contract/casual, with a negotiable rate (per project, per day, or on retainer), and a genuine opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
