The Role

We are seeking an in-house Videographer with a strong eye for detail and a fast, reliable workflow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment and wants to produce meaningful and beautiful work that makes a difference.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end video production — from concept, shooting, capturing live dental procedures and testimonials, through to editing and final delivery.

You will be:

Capturing high-quality footage of procedures, to-camera pieces, testimonials, and b-roll
✂️ Editing cinematic videos for social media, digital campaigns, and clinic use (horizontal format only)
⚡ Working at a high volume and with quick turnarounds without compromising quality
Understanding how to craft stories that engage, inform and convert and collaborating with our marketing and clinical teams to capture real-time moments in a clinical setting

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clean execution and storytelling

✅ Proven experience in high-quality commercial or branded content videography
✅ Pro-level equipment (no iPhones or vertical video setups)
✅ Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
✅ Experience shooting high level production interviews, b-roll and live events/procedures
✅ Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously and reliable, responsive and available to work across our various WA clinics as needed
