ABOUT THE ROLE

As our in-house Videographer + Lifestyle Photographer, you’ll work across multiple mediums to visually tell the stories of our TOOP+TOOP team. You’ll capture stunning video and photography for our:

  • Property listing and editorial shoots

  • Sales Partners

  • Community events

  • Lifestyle feature articles

  • Brand campaigns and social content

  • FIVEaa Real Estate Radio show

This role works within our Marketing Studio and supports a wide range of internal “clients”, including department leaders and our sales team — to deliver content that’s engaging, on-brand content that we are always evolving.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 2+ years proven experience in video production and photography (portfolio required)— Real estate experience preferred but not required.

  • Confident shooting on Sony cameras and editing in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.

  • Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for light, composition, and movement.

  • Confident leading shoots and communicating with team members, clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to shoot in a fast-paced environment with fast turnarounds.

  • Experience flying drones required.

  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.

  • A collaborative mindset—someone who loves working with people and can take feedback and run with it.

WHAT SETS THIS ROLE APART

  • You’ll have creative scope to help define how homes are experienced visually, beyond just sales.

  • You’ll shoot inside some of South Australia’s most admired homes, with work featured in SA Life and across TOOP+TOOP’s high profile platforms.

  • You’ll be trusted to lead shoots, shape stories and contribute ideas.

  • You’ll work closely with our business owners, Sales Partners, Studio Manager, and fellow creatives—collaborating across campaign and editorial content.

  • You’ll attend and capture some of Adelaide’s best community events, internal team experiences, and company awards—helping document the people and culture behind our brand.
