Videographer/ Editor

We are seeking a talented Videographer cum Editor to join our dynamic team at Satay Production, a leading production company based in Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content to support our diverse range of creative projects.

What you’ll be doing

1. Filming videos using professional video equipment for a variety of clients and projects

2. Editing video footage to create engaging, polished final products

3. Collaborating with the creative team to bring their visions to life through video

4. Ensuring high-quality, consistent branding and storytelling across all video content

5. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during filming or post-production

6. Maintaining and organising video assets, equipment and software.

What we’re looking for

1. Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of work

2. Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, lighting and sound equipment

3. Excellent video editing skills using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve

4. Knowledge of video production workflows, including filming techniques, editing, color grading and sound mixing

5. Creative flair and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling video content

6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
