Ive already reached over 100 million people with my old YouTube channel [The Zac and Jay Show]https://www.youtube.com/@ZacAlsop). Since then, Ive helped some of the internets biggest entrepreneurs – Codie Sanchez, Simon Squibb, Dan Go, Sahil Bloom – reach over a billion people through theirs.

Now, Im building my new channel, [Jamie Rawsthorne] https://www.youtube.com/@jamie_rawsthorne) and Im looking for an in-person, full-time videographer/editor to join me. YouTube is the future of media, youll be working with Jamie and a world-class team to shape it

What Youll Be Doing:

Content Production Take projects from planning and filming through to final edit, ensuring every video feels polished, story-driven, and designed to capture attention from the first frame.

Creative Direction Work closely with Jamie to shape the channels visual style and tone of voice.

Filming & Visuals Take ownership of capturing premium footage in Lisbon and occasionally abroad. This includes planning shots, setting up equipment, experimenting with creative angles, and making sure everything we film looks professional, dynamic, and visually engaging.

ai Editing & Storytelling Craft edits that dont just look slick, but make people feel. From pacing and sound design to music and graphics, youll use editing to create emotional impact and keep viewers hooked until the very end.

a Experimentation & Innovation Continuously test new ideas, formats, and editing approaches.

Performance Awareness** Review video performance and audience feedback to understand whats resonating and whats not. Use these insights to adapt future videos and level up the channels creative strategy over time.

Collaboration Work directly with Jamie day-to-day and occasionally with external freelancers (e.g. the thumbnail designer). Youll be comfortable giving and receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and being part of a high-performance, creative partnership.
