Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Videographer/Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing and editing video content that aligns with the internal vision and goals of Pac-Dent, Inc. and Rodin. This role requires a creative individual who is both technically skilled and artistically driven, with experience in all stages of video production, from concept to final delivery.

Pay Range: $50k – $70k per year *
* compensation varies based on skills, experience, and tenure
Duties
- Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional materials, events, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that meet project objectives and follow brand guidelines.
- Plan, shoot, and direct video content, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio throughout production.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos that tell a compelling story, incorporating graphics, effects, music, and sound as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Stay current with industry trends and video production techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Assist in organizing and archiving video assets for future use.
- Work closely with CEO, Marketing Director, Design Team for creative, strategy, production, and account management, to ensure video content aligns with company goals.
- Take responsibility for assigned projects and collaborate with the account team to meet deadlines and deliver on the brief.
- Present video work to both internal and external audiences.
- Ensure all video content is consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in a mid-level or similar role.
- Highly proficient in cinematography (experience shooting with Canon DSLRs), editing, sound recording and design, color grading, motion graphics, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Da Vinci Resolve (a plus), 3D knowledge (a plus)
- Motivated, flexible, team player personality with creative and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and sound recording.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- MUST include a portfolio or demo reel showcasing your videography and editing work to be considered.
