Videographer & Editor

• Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content with high production value. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional-quality footage.
• Assist in set design and collaborate on creative execution while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain a department-wide video asset library for easy access and reuse.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, design, product management, and content teams to produce engaging and informative videos that meet brand and technical standards.
• Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools like Hive.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new video production techniques.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in video production with a strong focus on video production and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Track record of producing high-quality videos from concept to completion, supporting marketing and brand initiatives.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Nice to have: Working knowledge of Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, or Cinema 4D.
• Experience in product or campaign launches, understanding how to commercialize products and services.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a solution-driven mindset and a “not ‘no,’ but ‘how'” approach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adept at pivoting as priorities shift.
• Ability to take creative concepts from ideation to execution, working alongside leadership, designers, product managers, and content experts to deliver premium user experiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Skills:
