Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer cum Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and a passion for creating engaging video content that resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conceptualize and Create: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
– Videography: Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video footage, ensuring all technical aspects (lighting, sound, framing) are executed to a professional standard.
– Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and adding visual effects and graphics.
– Equipment Management: Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring everything is in working order and organized.
– Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality.
– Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements and ensure the final product aligns with the overall brand and campaign goals.
– Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in video production and editing to continuously improve the quality and creativity of the video content.
 

Requirements:
– Experience: Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
– Creativity: Strong creative vision with an ability to tell compelling stories through video.
– Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
– Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
– Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Education: A degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not required.
