We’re looking for a Videographer/Content Creator/Social Media Manager with a strong emphasis on videography and video editing to join our tight-knit team and help convey our dynamic spirit to the world.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for a driven, detail-oriented creator with extensive video editing experience and a passion for storytelling. You’ll collaborate with our highly-driven owner, director of operations, video producer, and social media manager to produce engaging, high-quality content that resonates with clients and audiences alike. From strategy to execution, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring our clients shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Videography & Advanced Video Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for clients’ and company campaigns.
• Content Creation: Develop creative, on-brand content for social media feeds and stories.
• Social Media Management: Implement social media strategies, schedule posts, and engage with audiences to grow communities.
• Campaign Execution: Lead paid social media marketing efforts, ensuring ROI through data-driven decision-making.
• Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics to support campaigns.
• SEO & Analytics: Track performance metrics, optimize strategies, and present data-driven insights.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients, present ideas, and execute their vision with professionalism and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in videography, video editing, and social media management, with an extensive portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Drive & Passion: A motivated, growth-oriented individual eager to take initiative and go above and beyond.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: A critical thinker who can develop innovative solutions and approaches.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop), and social media platforms.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19 hourly 

Location: Remote position with occasional travel. Candidates must reside in Central Ohio.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• No weekends (flexible on-call availability)
