Collings Real Estate is seeking a full-time videographer to join our growing in-house media team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s hungry to produce standout content across property marketing, brand campaigns, and social media.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Filming and editing high-quality video content for residential and commercial property listings

• Producing engaging lifestyle, brand, and team content for social media and digital campaigns

• Producing Vlogs

• Capturing and editing drone footage

• Working closely with our agents, marketing team, and creative staff to deliver fast, sharp, and on-brand visuals

• Contributing to creative ideas for new content formats and campaign concepts

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in videography, editing, and content creation (real estate experience a bonus)

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop = bonus)

• Strong understanding of video trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels

• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability

• Drone experience (desirable but not essential)
