Coach Mark Carroll and Lauren Simpson are two of Australia’s most recognised fitness coaches, educators and influencers, with a global community of over 2 million clients and followers. Our content inspires, educates, and engages millions – from workout videos and reels to behind-the-scenes storytelling and ad campaigns.

We’re building out our in-house content engine and are looking for a full-time Videographer & Editor to join the team.

The Role

As our Videographer, you’ll be responsible for producing world-class video content across multiple platforms. You’ll bring creativity, speed, and a keen eye for storytelling — capturing raw footage and transforming it into polished assets that drive audience growth and brand engagement.

This role reports into our Head of Content, collaborating closely with our Growth and Community leads.

What You’ll Do

• Film workouts, brand content, challenges, and behind-the-scenes shoots on the Gold Coast.

• Edit for multiple formats: long-form (YouTube, tutorials) and short-form (TikTok, Reels, ads).

• Repurpose content into different aspect ratios/platform styles.

• Ensure brand look & feel is consistent across all videos.

• Work with Head of Content to plan shoot schedules and campaign assets.

• Work with Mark and Lauren directly on ideas and execution of content

• Stay across social/video trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years’ experience in videography + editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (After Effects a plus).

• Strong portfolio of social-first video content (fitness, lifestyle, or creators preferred).

• Ability to shoot solo (camera, lighting, audio) and edit with quick turnaround.

• Creative eye for storytelling and pacing that resonates online.

• Must be based on the Gold Coast and available for regular in-person filming min of 3 times per week.
