Wingman Group is currently seeking an experienced Videographer to join our growing team at Wingman Group in Brisbane. Working across two fast-paced, high-growth businesses Wingman Group which is an offshoring business with over 1500 staff in the Philippines and 500 Australian clients, and Wingman Creative, a fast-growing, high-energy marketing agency, this is a diverse and dynamic role that offers creative freedom, exciting travel, and variety.

This is more than a videographer job – it’s a front-row seat to some of the most exciting businesses and people shaping the future of real estate, property, and business in Australia. It’s an opportunity to create bold, meaningful content for some of the most exciting and high-performing businesses in the country offering the perfect blend of creative freedom, fast-paced energy, and serious growth potential. This is a full-time, high-impact role working across both our in-house brands (Wingman and Wingman Creative) and a national portfolio of clients.

You’ll be filming with some of the biggest names in the Australian real estate and property industry, creating compelling branded content, attending major industry events, and editing high-quality video output that drives engagement and growth across multiple channels. You’ll be on the move capturing real moments, creating standout content, and helping bring stories to life for some of the most influential names in the industry.

This role is ideal for someone who loves getting behind the camera, thrives on variety, and wants to be part of one of Australia’s most exciting business groups.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll travel nationwide to film with iconic leaders, document major events, and produce content that not only looks great – but genuinely moves people. From real estate boardrooms to high-energy national events, from creative campaign shoots to raw, personal storytelling – no two days will ever look the same.

• Filming high-quality video content on-location with clients and internal brands
• Capturing a wide variety of content – events, interviews, personal brand pieces, social media campaigns, and more
• Storyboarding and shaping the creative narrative across multiple campaigns and projects
• Editing short and long-form content
• Working with the creative team to bring fresh, bold concepts to life
• Attending industry events, launches and shoots across Australia
• Documenting our Wingman roadshows and conferences held across Australia
• Managing video assets and workflows to keep projects on track and polished

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years’ experience in videography and editing (agency or brand-side)
• Strong camera and lighting skills
• Confidence behind the camera, plus a creative mindset and attention to detail
• High energy and high performing positive attitude
• Ability to think outside the box, be proactive and hands-on
• Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• A great eye for composition, storytelling, and visual tone
• A QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle – travel is part of the role
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Real estate, property or business brand experience is a bonus
