Videographer and Creative Specialist

YOT Group is looking for a Full-Time ‘Senior Content and Creative Specialist’ to level up our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Photography/Videography and will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity. This hands-on role requires a blend of creative flair, technical ability, strategic thinking and communication skills.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Content and Creative Specialist:

Content Opportunity Identification: Develop a keen awareness of daily business activities, spotting moments and events with storytelling potential that engage and captivate our followers.

Content Strategy & Ideation: Develop concepts that bring our brand story to life, designing and setting up scenarios that enhance day-to-day operations, events, and spontaneous business happenings.

Creative Setup & Direction: Arrange and direct the setup for compelling content opportunities, ensuring visuals and scenes align with our brand aesthetic, from planning shots to staging elements for the best storytelling impact.

Marketing Strategy: Use event sell through data to develop compelling marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales

Must Haves:

• Content portfolio that showcases your assets. (Include when applying)

• Leadership/Management experience

• Expert-level visual storytelling abilities – you know how to make people feel something.

• Strong creative writing skills with experience in copywriting

• Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve

• Deep understanding of what makes content perform on social media.

• Experience creating both viral organic content and/or high-converting paid ads.

• A highly creative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries.

• Hospitality, festival industry experience is a big plus.

• Proven experience that you have grown/managed a social media account over 50k followers (include when applying)

• Technical background in photography/videography/editing

• Graphic design and motion graphic experience a big plus
