About the Role
As our Content Producer/Videographer, you’ll be the visual heartbeat of the brand, capturing moments that move, inspire, and connect. From concept to final cut, you’ll plan, produce, and deliver scroll-stopping content that turns products into experiences. Working closely with our eCommerce, Product, and Sales teams, you’ll create engaging visuals for everything from bold social campaigns to product launches, internal communications, and customer engagement.
As our Content Producer/Videographer, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, shooting, and editing original, high-impact content for use across social media, websites, and digital campaigns (both static and video content)
- Collaborate with our eCommerce, Product, and Sales teams to align content with strategy
- Develop creative briefs and storyboards to guide production
- Deliver assets which optimise various platforms weekly (think website, EDMs, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
- Provide direction on shoots and ensure all content is captured efficiently and creatively
- Maintain a digital asset library for internal and external use
- Stay on top of trends and help shape our brand’s digital storytelling future
- Attend location shoots (single day or overnight trips, minimum of 10 trips per year)
You will have access to a company vehicle to travel to and from location shoots (day trips and overnight). We are happy to acquire the necessary equipment; alternatively, we are happy to discuss an equipment allowance if you would prefer to use your own equipment.
About You
As the successful Content Producer/Videographer, you will possess a creative eye and a passion for our brands and the outdoors. You will also possess:
- 5+ years of professional videography and editing experience
- Strong storytelling and post-production skills (including colour grading, audio mastering)
- Passion for outdoor lifestyle content and hands-on shooting in natural environments
- Drone experience and licence is a bonus
- Strong experience with editing software, Adobe Suite, Canva and camera/audio/lighting gear
- Social-savvy with a creative eye for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond
- Proactive, organised, self-driven and collaborative
- Bonus points if you have tertiary qualifications in film, digital media, communications, or similar
