Video Content Producer
Atlanta United is seeking a First Team Video Producer to join its media production team. The ideal candidate will be creative and self-motivated, and will possess experience in all aspects of production, including experience with camera capture, editing, and Adobe Creative Suite. The desire to help make ever-improving video content for Atlanta United’s digital channels is a must.
This is a full-time position that will focus on content creation for Atlanta United’s 1st team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Produce and edit for a full range of video projects.
- Work with the video team in leading projects.
- Capture and edit longform video pieces
- Attend Atlanta United matches, training sessions, media availability, and other events as needed.
- Assist in creatively ideating and editing video content for MLS SP, partnership content, and weekly shows.
- Optimizing edited video content for platform specific distribution.
- Have attention to detail for transcription or fact checking on projects.
- Handle operation of studio or field production equipment as necessary.
- Able and willing to travel; domestically and internationally.
- Able and willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communicate with different departments across the organization, including coaching staff and players.

Qualifications
- Your portfolio or examples of your work must be linked in your resume or uploaded with your application in order to be considered. (Reels, Website, Portfolio, etc.
- At least 4+ years of professional experience in a digital/video production role.
- Creative, digital portfolio demonstrating video experience.
- Experience with Adobe Creative programs, specifically Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Experience with pre-production, equipment, coordinating, lighting, shooting, and editing.
- Experience with working on a range of video content, including studio segments, explainers, and features.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Ability to be a team-player and have strong communication skills.
- An understanding of the current digital video landscape and the role video plays on each, including a knowledge of how to optimize for specific platforms.
- Understanding of news and story lines, with sound journalistic ethics and judgment.
- Knowledge of and a passion for soccer and MLS (perferred)
