Video Production Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: WHITENOISE DESIGN LTD The Video Production Assistant will support Whitenoise’s film and motion team in all stages of production, from pre‑production planning to post‑production editing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, location scouting, and production logistics.
• Support camera crews and producers on set.
• Communicate with clients, actors, and suppliers during shoots.
• Maintain studio equipment and ensure safe storage of gear.
• Organise and label footage, stills, and project assets.
• Help with basic editing, captioning, and file preparation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
• Organisational skills.
• Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro or similar).
• Ability to work well in a team and under time pressure.
• Experience in a creative agency or team.
• Filming, editing and/or photography experience.
• Passion for film, production, and storytelling.
