Video & Photo Editor (Tauranga)

We’re seeking a passionate Real Estate Video Editor who shares our commitment to cinematic storytelling and exceptional quality. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw footage into powerful, brand-building video tours that leave an emotional impact and drive real estate engagement. – Edit and assemble property video tours with finesse—covering interior and exterior footage, drone shots, transitions, and branding. – Infuse each edit with cinematic flair and premium polish to uphold the Wingman standard of quality. – Collaborate with our videography and photography teams to understand shot intentions and narrative flow. – Integrate branding elements, music, voiceovers, lower thirds, and key messaging seamlessly. – Ensure delivered edits are polished, color-graded, properly audio-balanced, and optimised for distribution across social media and digital platforms. – Deliver finalised videos promptly, within determined project timelines within 24-48hours. – Maintain consistency in edit style, pacing, and visual storytelling across all projects. – Building & Maintaining client relationships – Min 10 Hours per week – Monday – Thursday Having basic knowledge on Prem Pro & Final Cut Pro is beneficial, we will develop anyone with the right attitude. The successful applicant will have professionalism & dedication to the role, want to be the best in their field and be based in Tauranga.
