Job Summary

Help us tell powerful stories that inspire action. As a Video Editor Volunteer for ACCE, you will transform raw footage into engaging, impactful videos that drive awareness, fundraising, and advocacy for cancer care. Your creativity will help bring our mission to life on social media, connecting with supporters locally and globally while strengthening our rebrand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Edit raw video footage into compelling content for social media, events, and campaigns
  • Add captions, transitions, animations, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement
  • Repurpose existing video materials for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Optimize video formats, lengths, and styles for maximum reach and audience retention
  • Stay updated on social media video trends and recommend fresh creative ideas

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Strong storytelling and pacing skills
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creativity, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
