Your role in the Team’s Success
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to take the lead on editing our flagship live shows and podcasts – from full-length episodes for YouTube, web and podcast platforms, to short-form cutdowns optimised for social. You’ll shape engaging narratives, ensure high production quality, and help us drive reach and engagement across channels. This is a fast-paced, creative role for someone who’s just as comfortable editing a polished long-form episode as they are crafting a viral 60-second clip from scratch.

What you’ll do
- Edit full episodes of our live trading and investing show for YouTube and web
- Edit podcast recordings for distribution across all major podcast platforms
- Cut down shows and podcasts into short, social-first videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, X and LinkedIn
- Work in real-time during our morning live show (7:30am start) to create and distribute cutdowns while the show is live
- Record purpose-made social content with on-air presenters after the show, edit the video and prepare it for the social team to distribute
- Create purpose-made motion graphics video content for YouTube based on a brief
- Input to improve production process to support producing the best video content
- Collaborate with producers and presenters to continuously improve the editorial process and storytelling approach
- Craft compelling narratives that keep viewers engaged – in both long-form and short-form
- Apply colour grading, audio mixing and sound design to a high production standard
- Ensure all content adheres to best practices for each platform and format
- Stay on top of social trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Collaborate closely with producers, presenters and the social team to optimise output
What you’ll need for this role
- Experience in, or demonstrable interest in financial services specifically trading, finance or business content
- Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form video content
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for pacing, tone and structure
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite tools (After Effects, Audition, etc.)
- Confident with colour grading, audio editing and motion graphics
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Ability to thrive under pressure and turn around edits at speed
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and creatively driven
